Employer flow

  1. Sign in or create the business

Register the operation, the first location, and the account owner. In the test environment, use fictitious data only.

  2. Organize the team

Review each worker's profile, city, roles, and eligibility before inviting or assigning them.

  3. Create the shift

Enter role, headcount, date, hours, location, city, pay rate, and dress-code or access instructions.

  4. Choose the distribution

Use Public marketplace for approved profiles in the same city and role; use Private pool for your linked team.

  5. Post and decide

Follow applications, put people on standby, approve, decline, or send a direct invite.

  6. Track the shift and the hours

See the schedule, handle cancellations or no-shows, and compare scheduled hours with clock-in, clock-out, and break.

  7. Close the loop

Approve or return the timecard, rate the worker, mark favorites, and check the audit trail.
